Functional Fitness For Active Adults

Want to stay active for years to come? Whether you're new to fitness or getting back into it, our functional fitness class is designed for those who prefer a lower-impact workout. Similar to "CrossFit Masters," this class offers modified movements like step-ups instead of box jumps while still building strength, mobility, and endurance.  


Every session is led by an expert coach and includes a WOD (Workout of the Day), warm-ups, a structured workout, and a coach-led cool-down. Each class lasts one hour—come move with us and stay strong for life!
