All athletes, whether beginners or experienced, start with our **On-Ramp Program**, which begins right after a free consultation. The first two sessions include a **skills assessment**, where our coaches evaluate movement patterns and fitness levels to create a personalized plan.
From there, beginners may start with personal training or a hybrid of group classes and personal coaching, while experienced athletes can transition directly into our **Unlimited CrossFit Classes**. The On-Ramp Program ensures that every athlete has a clear starting point, individualized goals, and a welcoming introduction to our community. At Mad Mare CrossFit, we want you to feel supported from day one—our coaches, staff, and members are here to help you succeed!
